How do I redeem a gift voucher?

How long is a gift voucher valid?

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Can I buy a gift voucher from outside Australia?

Yes, you can buy a gift voucher from anywhere in the world.  Click on the book now button to make your purchase.

Can I use a gift voucher for a promotion?

Yes, gift vouchers may be used for promotional activity but you must obtain prior written authorisation from Skydive the Beach Melbourne.  To do so please contact our Marketing Department on +61 2 4225 8444 or email marketing@skydivethebeachmelbourne.com

What if I lose my gift voucher or if it is stolen?

Treat your voucher like cash and take care not to lose it. Lost or stolen gift vouchers are non-refundable and no replacements are available. If your voucher is lost or stolen you are unable to redeem your skydive and will be required to purchase a new voucher.

Delivery

How will the gift voucher be delivered?

Standard Post - The gift voucher will be sent by standard post to the postal address supplied on your order / by phone. If you live in Australia you should receive the voucher within 5 working days.

Express Post - An additional surcharge of $7.50 applies for every express post delivery and the postal address must be within the express post network.  The express post service takes 2 working days if your order is received by 5pm.

Pick Up - Once paid for, a gift voucher can be picked up from Kite Republic and the St Kilda Sea Baths.

International Deliveries

Can I send a gift voucher overseas?

Yes. Additional postage will be charged.

Refund Policy

Can I get a refund on an unwanted gift voucher?

Gift vouchers are non-refundable but you can transfer them to another person.  Please call us on 1300 798 843 if you wish to do this.
Please note: I.D is required upon check-in.  If the name and gift voucher number on the gift voucher does not match our paperwork the purchaser will be contacted to verify the validity of the gift voucher.  If we are unable to contact the purchaser, full price will be charged.
