Direct Customer Service/Video Editing staff

Skydive the Beach is looking for fun, energetic and reliable staff to join our fast paced environment. We currently have casual positions available for Direct Customer Service and Video Editing Staff.
The successful applicant must be available to work weekends and public holidays, be flexible with regards to availability and meet the following criteria:

Selection Criteria/Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus and attention to customer needs and requirements
• Ability to work under pressure
• Previous cash handling experience
• Self motivated
• A team player and commitment to teamwork
• Current drivers licence a must
• A bright, friendly and bubbly nature
• Knowledge of local area an advantage
• Interest in video editing
• Computer literate
• Knowledge of Mac iMovie an advantage, however training will be provided

Parachute Packer & Ground Control Officer (GCO)

Skydive the Beach Melbourne are looking for Packing and GCO staff.

We are after enthusiastic, friendly, customer-oriented staff who have a Packer B certification.

The position also includes gearing up customers, providing training to prepare customers for their jump, monitoring weather and providing assistance when tandems are landing at our drop zone.
