about skydiving: skydive preparation
no prior training necessary!
Tandem skydiving requires very little instruction making it the ideal way for first timers to experience the thrill of freefall. You are given a short safety brief before embarking on your skydive adventure, as you are attached to an instructor you can enjoy the rush without having to worry about the hard work!
It is recommended that you wear loose, casual clothing that is not restrictive; something that you would normally wear for light exercise. Closed toe footwear such as sneakers or trainers is the most appropriate. No thongs, sandals, high heels or hiking boots.
Eating before your skydive is not a problem, although you may not want to jump straight after a meal. No alcohol or drugs may be consumed in the 8 hours before you skydive, however it is acceptable to take medication for motion sickness. If you are taking medication that might affect your ability to skydive safely, please consult your doctor before you jump.
